Re-Coil Solutions is now an authorized distributor for CS Coil micro-channel coils, expanding

our replacement capabilities with coated, OEM-matched coils available for nationwide

shipping. It's another way we're helping customers reduce downtime, extend equipment life,

and get more out of the commercial HVAC systems they already own.

What Are Micro-Channel Coils?

Micro-channel coils are compact, all-aluminum heat exchangers used in commercial HVAC,

refrigeration, and industrial cooling equipment. Unlike traditional tube-and-fin coils, which

typically circulate refrigerant through copper tubes surrounded by aluminum fins, micro-

channel coils use flat aluminum tubes containing multiple small refrigerant passages.

The result is a lightweight, efficient coil that can transfer heat within a relatively compact

footprint while requiring less refrigerant. Micro-channel technology is already used in

equipment from major manufacturers, including Carrier, Trane, York, and others. And when

one of those coils fails, replacing the entire unit isn't necessarily the answer.

Direct Replacements Without the Custom Build Process

Our custom coil work typically begins with an on-site evaluation. Our team measures the

existing equipment, documents the application, and develops a replacement designed for that particular installation.

That process is important when building custom coils, but it isn't always necessary for micro-channel replacements. Many micro-channel coils can be identified and cross-referenced using

the equipment's existing model number. That means no custom design cycle, no waiting for a fabrication slot, and often no need for an on-site measurement. Simply send us the model

number from your equipment's data plate. We'll help identify the appropriate replacement,

confirm availability, and provide a quote.

CS Coil manufactures both coated and uncoated micro-channel coils. At Re-Coil Solutions, we've made the decision to sell coated coils exclusively. Here's why.

Uncoated CS Coil micro-channel coils carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Coated coils

carry a five-year warranty. That additional protection is especially important for customers

operating in demanding industrial environments where moisture, airborne contaminants, and corrosive conditions can shorten equipment life.

Every micro-channel coil we sell is factory-coated and backed by CS Coil's five-year

manufacturer's warranty. Should a warranty issue arise, customers can contact Re-Coil

Solutions, and we'll help coordinate the process with the manufacturer.
